Online Registration - 2 Options

Registrations are handled via the web portal below or My Church mobile app. If you don't already have an account, you can set one up using the login screen. (If you are a parent creating an account for the first time, please create the account using your name, then add your student by clicking on the 'Select a Family Member' dropdown arrow and select 'Add Member'.

If you are unable to pay online or need help setting up an account, please use the help form to register.

Required Forms

Students are required to have an Annual Permission and Health Information Form on file with the Cross of Glory Church office in order to participate in all off campus activities.  This form is good for the entire school year and will expire on September 1 of the next school year.

There may be additional forms required for particular venues which require their own waivers.

Use the "View Events For" drop-down box to view events for the correct person in your family.
