The Spiritual Health Assessment is a questionare with diagnostic questions designed to get you to think about how you are following Jesus.
The Spiritual Health Plan is a resource tool designed to help you as you seek to become a better follower of Jesus Christ! You are encouraged to pick only one (two at the most) areas to work at a time.
